The space

The neighborhood is very safe, and the house is very secure (electronic security). There are plenty of private spaces in the house, but external-stairs are common access and there are a few guests, as well as house-staff, using those stairs.

Area: House is +/-350 m2, plus +/-120m2 of terraces/decks, plus garage.

3 or 4 bedrooms?: The space at the back of the Events Area is pictured with EITHER a queen bed OR a desk. We will configured to your needs as either a 4th bedroom or a dedicated office -- in both cases with a frameless glass door, black-out curtains, cabinets/closets, and an en-suite bathroom/shower.

We provide towels (including outdoor towels), and all linens are high-thread-count.

Guest access

Access to a full house across 2 living levels with 3 or 4 beds, 3 terraces, pool, braai area. Private garage and entry lobby leading to an elevator to your home.

Other things to note

The house is fully equipped, but we are happy to provide items we may have missed/forgotten.
The hosts live on the same property, so we can provide items quickly.

While we prefer no pets, a small pet will be okay (note: there is a small dog and a cat that live on the property)

While we prefer no smoking, it will be okay to smoke outside only (on the terraces) with sensitivity to ashes/cigarette butts.

Events/Parties: House is equipped with catering for 10-12 people. Normal social events up to 15 will be okay, generally no larger parties are allowed.

Kids: Very happy to have families with children. If you have young (non-swimming) kids, we can install a pool-net/fence if given sufficient notice (e.g. 2+ weeks).

Garage: The house has a dedicated, large, secure 2 car garage. We use a portion of that garage for storage of furniture/supplies.

Electronics: We can provide extra monitors (2) for laptops for remote office — we have various connector cables but can’t promise they will fit your laptop/base-station.
We can also provide various power and USB cables/adapters.
